Udupi: 13753 students to appear for SSLC exam in District

Udupi: “This year’s SSLC exams will be held in District. A total of 13,753 students will be appearing for the examination slated to be held from March 31 to April 15 in the District. As many as 55 examination centres have been opened and the Education Department Officials have been asked to take necessary precautionary measures,” said Deputy Commissioner Kurma Rao M.

He was speaking after presiding over a preparatory meeting held at V. S. Acharya Hall here in the City. “A total of 13,753 students including 7,185 boys and 6,568 girls will appear for the exam. CCTV cameras have been installed at 55 centres.”

Among the centres, the eight are in Byndoor, nine in Kundapur, 10 in Karkala, 12 in Brahmavar and 16 in Udupi.
