Udupi: CM to inaugurate Rs 1000 Cr worth projects in Byndoor on Nov 7

Udupi: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will arrive in Byndoor on November 7 to inaugurate several programmes costs of Rs. 1,000 Crore including house-to-house drinking water.

Mullikatte MLA B. M. Sukumar Shetty will lead a massive convention during which the CM will lay the foundation stone for various works.

A total of approximately Rs. 750 Crore grants for projects including Jal Jeevan Mission to supply drinking water to every household in the Constituency, Rs. 165 Crore for Siddapura Lift Irrigation Project, Rs. 80 Crore will be spent on the Maravanthe out-of-port works and Rs. 85 Crore for the Saukur Lift Irrigation Project and Koderi Port works.

Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa, MP B. Y. Raghavendra will also participate.

All the necessary preparations are underway.
