Karwar: Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr. Sudhakar will arrive in City on October 11 to lay the foundation stone for a 450-bed hospital and to inspect the location of a super specialzty hospital planned to be established in the District.
The Minister will arrive at Karwar Medical College on that day and lay the foundation stone for a 450-bed hospital costing Rs. 160 Crore. Besides, they will hold an exchange meeting about providing various advanced medical facilities in the medical college.
Rupali S. Naika said that the Minister will also inspect the location of the super speciality hospital that is planned to be established in the District. “I am constantly trying to provide super speciality facility in Karwar Medical College and build a super speciality hospital in the District. I am happy that the Minister is coming now,” he said.
MLA Rupali Naika said that the visit of the Health Minister will herald a great change in the Health sector of Karwar and the District.
