Karwar: In a bizarre incident, a drunk youth shot his mother and sister using country gun over trivial issue of curry not being made as per his taste and as a result killing them.
The incident occurred near Kudugodu of Dodmane Village in the Uttara Kannada District. The man has been identified as Manjunath Haslar (24), and the deceased have been identified as Parvati Narayan Haslar (42) and Ramya Narayan Haslar (19). The fight ensued on Wednesday October 14 night when his father was away from home.
The youth’s father has lodged a complaint by the Siddapura Police Station. The police investigation is on.
