Mysore :Abhimanyu, one of the Dasara elephants, was rehearsed to draw the Anegadi at Palace premises here on October 6, Sunday. The police band personnel travel in this Anegadi during the world famous Jamboo Savari of Mysore Dasara.
To ensure everything was fine, the Anegadi rehearsal was held at the Palace premises on Sunday. The rehearsal was kickstarted by Subrahmanya, the Deputy Director of the Palace Board by offering pooja to Abhimanyu. However, during the rehearsal, instead of the music troupe, children of the mahouts themselves enjoyed the ride.
