Ballari: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai’s helicopter, which was scheduled to land at Hampi Kannada University in Vijayanagara District on the evening of Tuesday October 11, landed at nearby Jindal helipad due to bad weather.
Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, who flagged off the BJP’s Jana Sankalpa Yatra in Raichur District, arrived in a helicopter on Tuesday evening to launch the ‘Jana Sankalpa Yatra’ at Hospete on October 12.
The helicopter landed at the nearby Jindal Airport and then Bommai proceeded by road to nearby Kamalapura and stayed at a private hotel there.
