Ballari: State BJP Chief Nalin Kumar Kateel slammed the Congress party for spreading anarchy in the State.

Speaking to mediapersons here he said that whenever the Congress lost, it created anarchy in the State. He claimed Congress had created confusion in the minds of the people after the riots in DJ Halli, where a local MLA’s house belonging to the party was burned down by miscreants.

He claimed that Congress had caused confusion by murdering Bajrang Dal activist Harsha and that the party was now repeating the same act in Hubballi.

Kateel also said that following the recent wins in five states, there was a lot of conflict and fear of defeat among the party’s members, as well as between opposition leader Siddaramaiah and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President D. K. Shivakumar.

He claimed that the Congress party is scared of losing next year’s election in Karnataka, which is why they are instilling chaos in society.

The party has also announced the formation of three division-wise teams to contest the next Assembly elections next year.

According to sources, former Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa and central leader Arun Kumar will tour Belagavi, while State BJP president Naveen Kumar Kateel, former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar, Minister V. Somanna, and Tejaswini Ananth Kumar will visit Ballari. CM Bommai will visit the Mangaluru and Udupi divisions.
