Kalaburagi: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has said that the Government is formulating several programmes for investment in agriculture to increase the income of farmers.
He was speaking after inaugurating the 69th All India Co-operative Week organised by Karnataka State Co-operative Federation Ltd., Bengaluru, and Kalaburagi District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. in association with various co-operative societies at Sedam here on Monday November 14. “If investment in agriculture increases, the income of farmers will also increase. Thus resulting in the increase of self-respect and confidence.
He also said that self-confidence motivates farmers to achieve.
