Kalaburagi: Revenue Minister R. Ashoka said that after seeing such a big event, the Congress has become frustrated and agitated. He further said they are not merely title deeds. A valid document is being provided that gives the security of owning a house, he asserted.
He made it clear that there is no substance in your allegations.
Speaking to mediapersons at Devalaganagapura in Afzalpura Taluk, he said that though the Congress has been in power in the country for 75 years, it was not possible for them to provide nomads and taanda dwellers their own homes and villages. There were no house records, he noted.
He said “We are getting this done and giving them comfort.” So he asked Former Minister Priyank Kharge as to why he was obstructing it.
He further questioned, “It is true that they are paying taxes, and it was their house. But, were there any records? Was it possible to do that in your time? If so, why are you obstructing what we are going to do? Don’t just create controversies in everything and break people’s minds, he said and further asserted that BJP is not taking away the right. Instead, it is giving rights, documents and above all to the owners of the house,” he said.
