Kalaburgi: BJP prepares to hold Backward Classes convention on Oct 30

Kalaburagi: The Bharathiya Janata Party (BJP) has decided to hold a convention of backward classes in Kalaburagi. BJP aims at getting together as many as 5 lakh people.

It is learnt that a decision to hold a convention has been made on October 30 at Kalaburagi, where it has a Divisional Headquarters, and hence preparatory meetings are being held.

While Former Deputy Chief Minister K. S. Eshwarappa had held a meeting a week ago, on Sunday October 9, BJP organising leaders have inspected the site near Airport Road, Gulbarga University and Farhatabad where the rally is scheduled to be held.
