Kalaburagi: As a counter-reaction to the statement that was made by the former MLA T B Jayachandra on Prime Minister Narendra Modi that, “He should be burnt alive”, Vijaypura MLA Basangouda Patil Yatnal has warned the Congressmen, here, on Saturday, November 10.

Addressing the press meet, he said, “If Congress leaders like T B Jayachandra speak in such a cheap manner about the prime minister their tongue would be set on fire.”

“Modi has worked exceptionally well, and such statements do not suit the image of such leaders”, he added.

Meanwhile, Yatnal also criticised AICC President Rahul Gandhi, saying, “Rahul Gandhi, who has been appointed as the AICC president, calls Modi a ‘Chor.’ Following this, all the other Congress leaders including the Maharashtra State Congress president too has joined the brigade of those passing nonsensical comments.”

Warning the Congress leaders, he said, “Rahul Gandhi is a ‘semi-crack’, and has no knowledge about anything. If the Congress leaders keep continuing in this fashion, then we too know to use some unparliamentary words.”
