Koppal: Condemning the throwing of slippers at Challenging Star Darshan at Hosapete, Karunada Kalaratna Darshan Thoogudeepa Fans’ Association staged a protest at Krishnadevaraya Circle in the City on Thursday December 29.
Speaking on the occasion, District President Manjunath Gaja said that it is condemnable that some miscreants hurled slippers at Darshan during the audio release function of Kranti movie at Gara in Hospet. Also, they submitted a memorandum to the Tahasildar’s Office demanding a state-wide sit-in, protest.
Earlier, members of Karunada Kalarathna Darshan Thoogudeepa Fans’ Association took out a rally from CBS Circle to Krishnadevaraya Circle via Mahaveera, Gandhi, Basavanna, Kalmatha Circle.
