Raichur: A video of BJP MLA Shivanagowda Nayak firing live rounds in the air on the occasion of Ayudha Pooja has gone viral on social media. Nayak can be seen in the video firing his double-barreled gun into the air.
Every year, people perform the Ayudha Pooja in the State with fervour while holding poojas for their property and vehicles. On Tuesday, at a similar celebration, BJP politician Nayak fired live rounds into the air, triggering controversy in the State.
According to reports, Shivanagowda Nayak, the MLA for Devadurga in the Raichur district, fired a 2-3 live bullets into the air.
