Chikkamagaluru: A few girls of a college in the town took to protest against the denial of permission to enter classrooms wearing Hijab on Saturday March 5.
The girl students of Indavara Dodda Siddalinge Gowda Government College staged a protest against this denial. Further, they urged for a separate arrangements be made in the auditorium to appear for practical exams.
However, the girls wear persisitent and did not budge to any persuasion by the college authorities to remove the hijab.
