Hassan: Former Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy, who entered Beluru Assembly Constituency through Pancharatna Rath Yatra on Friday March 10 visited the Matha of Pushpagiri Mahasamsthana and sought the blessings of Sri Sri Somashekhara Shivacharya Mahaswamiji.
The Pancharatna Ratha Yatra, which has been travelling in Beluru Assembly Constituency since last day, was at Sanenahalli Village in Halebidu and on Friday he visited Pushpagiri Matha directly from Halebidu Siddapura Village. In a simple ceremony at Kalabhavana of Pushpagiri Matha, the seer blessed the leaders including MLC Bhojegowda, Hassan Lok Sabha Member Prajwal Revanna and Local MLA K. S. Lingesh.
Speaking on the occasion, Former Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy said that he was really happy with the all-round development of Pushpagiri Matha. Seer’s work here at a young age is exemplary and Seer’s struggle for irrigation will never be forgotten. His courage and personality should be followed by the entire society. The Kalabhavana here is a model in the entire District, he said.
The Pancharatna Rath Yatra being held across the State has been blessed with full blessings from Swamiji, he said that he will come again next time and then proceeded towards Mallapura and Hagare.
