Hassan: JDS MLA K.M. Shivalingegowda, who has already quit the party, is all set to join the Congress this Sunday. With this, K.M. Shi has come forward to knock his political opponents.
Senior Congress leaders including AICC chief Surjewala, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, DK Shivakumar, M B Patil and others will attend the function.
More than 40,000 people from Arsikere Assembly constituency are expected to participate in the event. The JDS, which has already been trying to defeat Shivalinge Gowda, has been doing politics in the taluk for the past one or two years and has been trying to defeat Shivalinge Gowda and try every trick to defeat him.
