Shivamogga: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said the Shivamogga Airport was a gift from Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa to the Malnad region.
Speaking to mediapersons, the CM said, “The two leaders have contributed in line with Prime Minister Modi’s plan. This project will benefit the people in this region.” He said it was his wish that the inauguration would be held on BSY’s birthday.
“It is a matter of joy that the Airport is being inaugurated on his birthday. This is a great contribution to Yediyurappa’s hardwork,” he noted.
