Shivamogga: Leopard spotted at Tudki, people panicky

Shivamogga: A leopard has been spotted in the surroundings of Anandagiri hill in Tudki near the Town since a few days, causing locals to panic.

The sudden appearance of the leopard has heightened the concern of the public as there are residential and educational areas in the vicinity. Anandagiri Hill vicinity where the leopard was spotted comprises residential areas including Morarji Residential School, ITI College, and Tunga Mahavidyalaya First Grade College among others.

Forest Department has instructed the public and institutions to be careful. It may be recalled here that about a month-and-a-half ago, a leopard was spotted in Theerthahalli Town, Tungandi and Kuruvalli areas
