Shivamogga: Man dupes women assuring job

Shivamogga: In a shocking incident, a man, who introduced himself as the warden of a hostel, duped four women on the pretext of getting them jobs under his influence.

Sunil, a resident of Shivamogga, is known to the four women who were working at Shahi Garments. Sunil lied to them and said, “I am a hostel warden at Indira Gandhi Residential Institute at Yadehalli in Anandapur. He also offered them a job as a computer operator, housekeeping staff and cook in the same firm.

Lakhs of rupees were extorted from the four women by trapping them through his communication skill. A complaint has registered at the City Police Station on Wednesday November 9.
