Shivamogga: In an incident, a 16-year-old minor boy rode a two-wheeler, that too without wearing a helmet and having a driving license at Vinayaka Talkies in Theerthahalli of the District on October 18.
In this connection, the Theerthahalli Town Police has submitted chargesheet against Asif Basha (46), the owner of the vehicle. They alleged that Basha allowed a minor boy to ride a two-wheeler.
Principal Civil Judge and JMFC Court Judge of Theertahalli has imposed a fine of Rs. 25,000 for Asif Basha. Basha is also the father of the boy, and owner of the two-wheeler.
