Shivamogga: City Police officials have arrested the accused who were selling ganja to the public in the City on Tuesday November 8.
The accused have been identified as Mohammed Peer Shahid (21) of Mganja, adari Palya, Yoosuf Khan (20) of Muthoor Road, and Mohammed Asif aka Mohammed Rafeeq aka Anda ( 20) of Madari Palya .
Police have seized 615 gms of ganja valued at Rs. 20,000. A bike used for the crime too has been confiscated.
A case has registered under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS) and the investigation is on.
