“Though there are many restrictions on the use of tobacco, people are not afraid of it. Tobacco is allowed to be grown only for the manufacture of certain medicines. But tobacco is being cultivated illegally on bagar hukum land and forest land. But people are scared and are not informing the police about it. He said that tobacco cases are on the rise in the District and it should be curbed.
