Mysuru: Students, led by the ABVP protested here against the murder Dr M M Kalburgi, which took place on Sunday.
The students and ABVP demanded that the state government identif, locate the murderers and send them to jail.
Students from Vidya Vardaka PU college joined ABVP for the protest.
Kalburgi died in hospital after being shot at close range by two assailants, who arrived at his doorstep in Dharwad at 9 am on Sunday morning, producing a wave of speculation as to the identity and motive of his killers.

Members of ABVP took part in a rally held in the city from Freedom Park to SBM Circle against the murder of Dr.M.M.Kalburgi and demanded to arrest the accused at the earliest.
