After having discussion with our staff members, we have decided to procure the above said equipment. The facility will really do good for our sports persons.”
Mansoor Ahmed, Cricket Coach, University of Mysore said, “The bowling machine will really be handy for our university cricketers. With the help of bowling machine, they need not depend on any bowlers instead they can fine tune their batting skills with the help of this machine. It will be really of great use for our promising cricketers.”
Sharath Babu, who has represented the University of Mysore for five consecutive years and also a Vizzy trophy player welcomed bowling machine by UoM. “The batsmen inorder to fine tune their skills can’t depend just on the bowler. For example, if one is not strong in pull shots, he cannot make a bowler bowl this particular line. Instead he can use the bowling machine to adjust the speed and length and fine tune his skills. With the use of bowling machine, the dependence on bowlers comes down and it can also lessen the possibility of injuries on the bowler”.
