Mysuru: A 19-year-old teenager suffering from renal failure who was given seven days life time by doctors has begun his journey to see Sandalwood actor Shivarajkumar, who has asked the boy to meet him at a film shooting site in Jalahalli, Bengaluru on March 8.

The busy actor has agreed to spend 30 minutes with the teenager to fulfil his last wish and has agreed to bear the cost of medical expenses. The boy boarded the ambulance at K R Hospital in the morning of March 8 in the hope of meeting the Kannada film star on the sets of film “Tagaru” at Jalahalli, where the shooting is underway.

After meeting the actor, the boy will return to the hospital in the same ambulance. Family members are accompanying the teenager in his “journey of hope.”

Jayakumar had expressed his desire to see Kannada film actor Shivanna and Chamarajanagar Congress M P Dhruvanarayan before his death and newskarnataka.com had reported the same few days ago.
