Mysuru: The Congress leaders have alleged that the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) Minister K. S. Eshwarappa has transferred 29 Project Development Officers (PDO) in Mysuru District before he announced his resignation.
The congress leaders are now suspecting the reason behind this mass transfer. Minister had participated in the BJP Divisional Level Executive Committee Meeting on Tuesday April 12 and Wednesday April 13.
On Tuesday contractor Santosh Patil died by suicide in Udupi. The leaders have showed the transfer order copies issued on Tuesday April 12 itself. The leaders are questionning that despite knowing that he would resign why did he transfer officers?
The Congress leaders also have urged for probe into mass transfers of PDOs.
