Mysuru: The vice chancellor of Mysuru University announced on Saturday that the K-SET examinations will be held on December 11 in all the nodal centres across the state.
Earlier the opposition parties had demanded with the higher education minister at the Assembly to change the exam dates since KPSC exams were also due in December, creating problems for the candidates appearing for both the exams.
But the education minister in reply said, “The hall tickets have already been sent to all the nodal centres and as many as 60,000 candidates will be appearing for the exams in 39 subjects. Hence it is impossible to change the exam schedule.”
Following minister’s reply, the vice chancellor in a press release said that on December 11, from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm, 1 pm to 2 pm and 2.30 pm to 4pm paper 3 exams will be held and the details about the exam centres have been given in the official website kset.uni-mysore.ac.in/test-centre-search-2016
The candidates are requested to be present at the exam centres by 8.30 am. For details check kset.uni-mysore.ac.in
