Madikeri: Two students met a watery grave in the Kootuhole stream in the outskirts of the city, here on Saturday, December 8.
The deceased are Yashwanth (20) and Rakshith (20).
Both are said to be students of ITI College.
As the duo had not returned from their college yesterday, i.e., on December 7, their family members began a search for them. They found the bike that the boys rode, parked near the stream. They called the fire brigade immediately.
The fire fighters were successful in fishing out the body from the stream.
A case has been registered in the Madikeri Rural Police Station.
