Madikeri: A college girl escaped in her father’s car on April 4 from Bittangala village near Virajpet giving rise to multiple speculations in public sphere.
The student of St. Anne’s Pre university college in Virajpet fled her home in the car when her father was away.
In his complaint, the missing girl’s father has stated that her daughter had been kidnapped by some unknown persons. Some persons known to the family have informed about the girl heading towards Gonikoppa from Bittangala in the car.
Virajpet rural police have registered a complaint and have intensified search operations. They have also sought help from nearby police stations in the district.
