Mandya: The Narendra Modi Vichar Manch (NMVM) has filed a complaint with Mandya Superintendent of police against Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind for announcing Rs. 5 Lakh prize for the college student Muskaan for raising religious slogan, Allah hu Akbar three days back during protest.

The issue went viral in social media across country and  netizens lauded the girl’s courage. The Jamait Ulama-i-Hind, an organisation of Muslim moulvis announced Rs. 5 lakh prize to Muskan for shouting slogan when a group of Hindu boys were trying to obstruct her from entering college.

The NMVM State Secretary C. T. Manjunath in a police complaint has alleged that by announcing the prize, the Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind incited communal hatred and violence. He said fundamentalist and  communal organisations are breeding poison seed by encashing Hijab row and thus urged to take action against such communal organisations.
