Mandya: MLC C. M. Ibrahim said that the Chief Minister  Basavaraj Bommai should have removed Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister K. S. Eshwarappa from cabinet berth soon after he said that Bhagavadwaj would be hoisted at the Red Fort.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Saturday February 12, Ibrahim said that Eshwarappa who took oath under Constitution of India says would he would remove national tricolour and hoist saffron flag. This can’t be tolerated. He urged the government to arrest Eshwarappa immediately and book a case against him for speaking against Constitution. He said he would take legal action if government does not take action.

He said covering veil on head is Indian culture but restricting it is shameful. He said Former Prime Minister Pratibha Patil also covered her head with saree veil.
