Mysuru: Mysuru Airport service will resume from September 3rd. A technical team will be visiting Mysuru tomorrow for an inspection, said Pratap Simha MP Mysuru.
Flight services were supposed to start in November, but are being advanced to start before the Dasara celebrations in October, as it will be more beneficial for tourists and tourism industry.
Simha went on to say that there will be no night facility in the airport as it has no refilling capacity. Speaking about the expansion of the airport, he said that the central government was willing to give support but the state government was not cooperating, MP Simha also added that the present government should keep former CM SM Krishna as a role model.
On the topic of Sarala Dasara, he said the government should stop holding meetings and find real solutions for farmers. He also touched on the BBMP elections and said it would be like punishing the people of Bengaluru, who voted for the BJP if the JD (S) and Congress came to power.
