Mysuru: Congress Youth Leader Mahendra alleged that a poster of the BJP party was pasted on the wall of the Government Higher Primary School at Muloor Village in Nanjanagudu Taluk of the District and violated the law.

Condemning the installation of a poster on the wall of a Government School with the image of Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa with the name BJP’s hope, Youth Leader Mahendra and School Development and Management Committee Chairman Nagesh painted the poster.

Later, Youth Congress Leader Mahendra said, “In a Government that can’t afford uniforms, and shoes, it is tragic that such poster was pasted on the wall of the school. The BJP Government is doing politics even in a Government school. Voting will be held in the same school. Copies containing posters of any party and other advertisements cannot be pasted on the walls of the school, which is a violation of the law. We strongly condemn this,” he said.
