Mysuru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has said that the Congress is undertaking Prajadhvani Yatra with the intention of getting 100 per cent commission.
Speaking to mediapersons in City, he was reacting sharply to Opposition Leader Siddaramaiah’s comment that the BJP’s is a 40 per cent ‘Commission Sankalp Yatra’. They don’t have the morality to talk about corruption,” he said.
Taking a jibe at the Congress’ call for a bandh on Thursday March 9, he said, “What does a two-hour bandh mean? Have you ever heard of such a bandh? Do you call it a bandh? Will it happen in front of the people those who have committed corruption?, he questioned.
“There is no value for such bandh. There are examinations on the day. Everyone, including students, will suffer. This is not understood by the Congress. There is also a Supreme Court order not to shut down,” he said.
