Mysuru: Amid widespread protests against brutal murder of tailor Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur, recently a new abhiyan has been launched in Nanjanagudu of the District beginning Wednesday June 29.

Backed by Hindu outfits many vegetable vendors, flower vendors, and shop-keepers are displaying a poster in shops. The poster reads “I am poor, don’t slit my throat, I will not tell truth, I will not stand with those tell the truth, my family is dependent on me.”

The killing of tailor Kanhaiya Lal has created a widespread furore across the country. Lal was killed by miscreants for supporting BJP Former Spokesperson Nupur Sharma on social media.
