Mysuru: In a shocking incident, a tiger’s footprints were spotted by the housemates in the morning and the entire village was forced to move around with life in their hands at Neralakuppe in the Taluk on the outskirts of Nagarahole Park.

The tigress, which had been spotted in forested fields for the past one year in villages around Nagarahole Park, had roamed around Neralakuppe Village and found footprints in the courtyard of Muddegowda’s house on night of Monday December 12. This has created panic among the family members and neighbours and the villagers informed the officials of the Forest Department.

The Forest Department officials visited the spot and conducted inspection.
