He sat in front of the JCB machine and obstructed officers’ duty. The officials, who bowed to the farmer’s adamant behaviour, have returned with no avail.

1.33 guntas of land in Survey No. 1369 of Ratnapuri Village is a Government land. The encroachment has come to light when the officials who tried to reserve the land for the purpose of giving it to the soldiers who have served the country.

Tahasildar Ashok, Surveyor Nagesh and other officials along with Hunsur Rural Police were on their way to get the encroachments removed, when a man named Ramadasaiah stopped them from performing their duties. Further, he argued that he was being evicted without issuing a notice. The Tahasildar has issued a notice that the land has been encroached upon.
