Mysuru: Buoyed by the recent victory of Congress party in the election to Legislative Council from South Graduates’ Constituency, Congress is leaving no stone unturned to strengthen it.
With the next general election to Legislative Assembly in the offing in 2023, Mysuru District Congress Committee has organised Nava Sankalpa Chintan Shivir at Blue Ocean Convention Hall at Varkod Gate on Mysuru – T Narsipura Road on Thursday June 23 at 10.00 am.
Opposition Leader in Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah and KPCC Working President R. Dhruvanarayan are expected to attend the meeting. It may be recalled here that for the first time in the history of South Graduates’ constituency, Congress won the seat with its candidate Madhu G. Madegowda emerging victorious. The Constituency is spread over Mysuru, Mandya, Chamarajanagara and Hassan Districts.
