Mysuru: On account of Durghastami, Mysuru and Chamarajanagar districts In-Charge Minister S. T. Somashekar and other dignitaries performed mass Durga namaskara event at Chamundi Hill on Wednesday October 13.
Sri Patanjali Yoga Shikshana Samiti had organised the event from 6.00 am to 7.30 am. Minister Somashekar inaugurated the event by offering flowers to Agnihotra.
Later Somashekar addressed the gathering and said ”The activities of Sri Patanjali Yoga Shikshana Samiti that was founded 40 years ago, towards the society is appreciable.”
MUDA Chairman H. V. Rajiv, Special Officer to the Minister Dinesh Gooligowda, Samiti President Gopalakrishna and others were present.
