Elaborate checking ahead of PM Modi’s visit to Mysuru

Mysuru: The bomb diffusing  squad and dogs squad on  Friday June 17 launched check-ups ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Cultural City on Monday June 20.

PM Modi would visit  Chamundeshari Temple at Chamundi Hills and also visit JSS Matha on the evening of Monday. The police squads checked the route towards Chamundi Hills as precautionary measures.

PM Modi would stay in the City which is his third stay in City Prime Minister. Modi would arrive at 11.45 on Monday at Yelahanka Air Space in a special flight. He will travel to Kommaghatta in a helicopter and would lay foundation stone for  Bengaluru Sub Urban Rail Project , Rail Road Project and Multi Model Logistic Park from 12.30 pm to 1.45 pm.

He would later inaugurate Ambedkar School of Economics and upgradation of 150 ITIs from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm, after which he will leave to Mysuru in helicopter. He would reach Mysuru by 4.50 pm and would participate in an interaction with  beneficiaries of  various projects of Union Government at Maharaja College Grounds.

Further, he would also inaugurate IIHS Excellence Centre constructed at an estimated cost of Rs. 150 Crore under Union Government Funds from the dais.

Then he would visit JSS Matha at 6.30 pm and would inaugurate  Veda Patashala. He would finally visit  Chamundeshwari Temple at 7.30 pm and then stay in a private hotel.

On Tuesday June 21, he would take part in International Day of Yoga at Mysuru Palace Grounds from 6.30 am to 7.45 am. Then he is likely to meet titular royal family members Pramodadevi Wodeyar and Yaduveer Chamaraja Krishnadatta Wodeyar at Mysuru Palace. After this, he will leave for Kerala in a flight from Mysuru Airport.
