Mysuru: The process of setting up a state-of-the-art semiconductor industry in the City is under progress and the approval process will be completed by February 2023, said IT and BT Minister Dr. C. N. Ashwath Narayan.

Prior to the Bangalore Technology Conference, he consulted with many local company CEOs in a private hotel on the night of Wednesday October 19. He informed that he has discussed the same with Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav in Delhi on Tuesday October 18. “An environment is being created for cyber security industry to grow massively in Mysuru, he said and explained that our fast-paced digitisation and higher education reform will act as a catalyst for this. He said autonomy and freedom are being brought as a culture in higher education. As a result educational institutions today are actively and constructively partnering directly with industries, he noted.
