Mysuru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and his wife offered “bagina” to the Krishanaraj Sagar (KRS) and Kabini dams, which are located in H D Kote’s Beechanahalli and Srirangapatna, respectively on Wednesday July 20.
Speaking to mediapersons he said, “There are a lot of confusions around the Kabini National Park. We will resolve it soon and start doing various works there.”
Speaking about the development of HD Kote he said, “As per the Nanjundappa Committee Report, H D Kote Taluk needs more development. We will construct more schools and Public Health Centres (PHC) as we work to develop the Taluk. For this, sufficient funds have already been released to the MLAs account.”
CM Bommai added that the Deputy Commissioner had already been given direction to provide the necessary arrangements to the people of the Mysuru District areas that have recently experienced flooding.
