Mysuru: In response to Siddaramaiah’s statement that if we come to power, we will restart Shadi Bhagya, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai made a statement at the Mysuru Airport on Friday January 27 saying that because of Shaadi Bhagya, he got bad luck and if he continues this again, bad luck will come to the Party. He said that the Budget of 2023 will be a pro-people Budget and everyone including Mysuru can expect a good Budget.
Congress Leaders D. K. Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah said that if we come to power and do not fulfill our promises, we will become political monks. The Chief Minister said we have never talked about monasticism. “He is speaking this word again and again. It is the mirror of his mind. If Congress comes to power, they will continue the Shaadi Bhagya,” he said and added that those who are continuing and talking about it will bring misfortune to the party.
He said that the task force team has already captured the leopard in Mysore. This problem is also present in other places including Hassan. The task force will be continuous and we will create a permanent task force for elephant capture along with leopard.
Responding to go back banner to State Revenue Minister R. Ashok in Mandya, he said that Ashok is working well. He takes everyone into confidence. If some 10 people put up a poster, there is no need to give importance to it, and I will not respond to it, he said.
“JD (S) has already announced the candidates. Congress will also release the list. However, BJP will use a different strategy to win the election.”
CM said that we will take the appropriate decision when the time comes.
Bommai, who responded to the Prime Minister’s statement to be friendly with Muslims, said that the Prime Minister’s statement should not be taken as a favour. The meaning of the Prime Minister’s words is that while leading the country, everyone should be taken together. Muslims in our country lack education and suffer in poverty. The Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister meant that they should be brought into the mainstream.
