Mysuru student appeals for help in Ukraine

Mysuru: A city student who was stranded in bunker in Ukraine since three days has appealed for help.

The student Jnanasri Singh, daughter of Ganesh Singh and Anuradha, studying third year MBBS in VN Karazian University were in a bunker with other students. She in a message has stated that she could not go out for water and food as bombings by Russian forces are going on.

She informed that she already appealed Indian Embassy regarding the circumstances.

The officials have said that it takes time to evacuate students and told to wait for sometime, she added stating that students who already shifted are from Western Ukraine near to Poland and other countries. She appealed that she is trapped in Eastern Ukraine near to Russian border which makes it difficult for her to be rescued and hence fervently requested to come to her help.
