Mysuru: District In-Charge and Cooperation Minister S. T. Somashekhar will take part in the International Conference on Agricultural Produce Markets in Zaragoza, Spain from April 26 to May 1
The conference will discuss a number of issues including the agricultural market, and geographical indication (GI) of local products.
APMC Ministers from 26 states and experts from various countries will be present at the conference. A team of four officials including Karnataka Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) Director A. M. Yogesh, will accompany the minister. The team will return to the State on May 3.
