Over 250 rabbits burnt alive at T. Narsipur rearing centre

Mysuru: More than 250 rabbits were burnt alive at a rabbit rearing centre in Tumbala village of T Narsipur taluk in the afternoon of June14, when a fire broke out.

Some miscreants allegedly set fire to the farm owned by Basavaraju, it is gathered.

The fire brigade personnel arrived at the spot and doused the fire but were unable to rescue rabbits trapped in fire.

T. Narsipur police arrived at the spot and have registered a case against the unidentified miscreants.
