Mysuru: The Mysuru Rail Museum will be closed to the public on January 8 and 9 and also January 15 and 16 to comply with the guidelines issued by the State Government on weekend curfew because of the prevailing health emergency in the wake of rising Corona positive cases across the country.
The Rail Museum will be open to the public from Monday to Friday including Tuesday (January 11, and January 18), the closed
holidays. South Western Railway Mysuru Division Divisional Railway Manager Rahul Agarwal has called upon the museum visitors to cultivate Covid-appropriate behaviour during their time in the Rail Museum premises.
As per the guidelines issued by the Railways, people in Railway premises found without face masks or incorrectly wearing them are liable to be imposed a penalty extending up to Rs. 500, according to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager and Public Relations Officer Manjunatha Kanamadi.
