Mysuru: An entrepreneurship event called ‘Startup Charcha 2020’ is being organised by the SDM Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD) at its auditorium on Wednesday, February 12 at 2:45 pm.
Swayam, the Student Entrepreneurship cell of SDMIMD, is behind the activities that are being organised as part of the event. ‘Startup Charcha 2020’ will be primarily focused on bringing together the best entrepreneurial minds from the institution and start-ups, so that they may provide insights into the start-up culture for students and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The 2020 edition of ‘Startup Charcha’ will see medical technologies entrepreneur Vishwa Alva, founder and MD of Skanray Technologies, delivering the keynote address. The event also has an Insight talk and a panel discussion. The panelists include Suvashna Training and Development Private Limited CEO Vijaysimha, who is also an SDMIMD alumnus, Sports Management Consultant Vijay Krishnamurthy, and SDMIMD faculty member Venkatraja.
The panel discussion will tackle the topic ‘Entrepreneurship: Relevance, Dynamics and Challenges’. The discussion will be moderated by SDMIMD Marketing Department faculty member M R Suresh.
