Mysuru: In a gory incident, a son killed his mother by running a jeep over her. The incident has been reported from Hanumanthapura in Periyapattana Taluk on Thursday February 17.
THe deceased has been identified as Nagamma (65). It is said that the accused Hemaraj (45) and Nagamma were quarreling daily over financial issues. The accused was waiting for an opportunity to kill his mother. On Thursday when Nagamma was going to a kirana shop, Hemaraj ran his jeep over her killing her on the spot.
Bettadapura Police has registered a case and arrested Hemaraj. The jeep has been seized.
