A tragic accident occurred near Balayipade, Udyavar, on Friday night when a goods truck collided with a scooter, resulting in a deadly fire.
The incident took place around 2 am on Saturday, when the truck collided with the scooter. The impact caused the vehicle to catch fire, leading to the complete destruction of the truck. Tragically, the scooter became lodged beneath the truck during the collision, further contributing to the intensity of the blaze.
The deceased has been identified as Avinash Acharya (19), a resident of Paniyoor.
Authorities suspect that the fire was sparked by the collision, with the scooter wedged underneath the truck fueling the flames. The accident has left the community in shock and mourning.
